I’m Sem. I work in ops and research, mostly based somewhere near the UTC timezone. I like building things, usually with other people. Lately that’s meant AI agents and internal tools, sometimes hardware, sometimes a governance framework.

I’m currently at Nexus Mutual 🐢. Open to freelance or volunteer work in governance, UX, and Web3 too.
